Our program design is the most thorough in the Industry. Hot Fox Workouts are designed based on the way our bodies move: Squat, lunge, jump, push, pull, turn, hold.

Every one of your problem areas will be targeted!

NO CRUNCHES OR SIT UPS or any other exercise that is High Risk for injury and low return for results.

NO STAIRS, running stairs involves very little program design, does not build strength, it only targets cardio. People also get left behind.

NO RUNS, running is for running groups! It is a repetitive motion that causes high levels of impact on your joints. If you are 30+ lbs overweight this is the last thing you need.

INDOORS, it’s cold in Calgary, no way I’m teaching a workout outside!
