Exercise 1: Squats
Exercise 2: Push ups
Exercise 3: Y Reverse Lunges
Exercise 4: Plank
Exercise 5: Stationary Running
Perform each exercise for 50 seconds, rest 10 seconds
Move on to the next exercise
